Styrian Golding Celeia

Has one of the latest pick-up windows in the Slovenian portfolio, with quite stable yields and good adaptation to climate changes. It is a real all-rounder of a hop, working well in classical English PA, English IPA, and Brown ale. Its gentle, pleasant, floral profile can be used on its own or paired with other Slovenian hops, especially on the late side, where you want to showcase those earthy, resinous, and floral notes in Helles style. It is also known to produce some magnificent Belgian ales - Saisons when used for dry hopping, and it blends very well with the Styrian Bobek lemon grass profile.
