Styrian Wolf is a bold and dynamic modern aroma variety bred at the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing in Žalec. Born from a cross between an experimental Slovenian breeding line and an American hop variety, it brings an unbridled, fruit-forward intensity to the traditional Slovenian portfolio. It is engineered for modern craft brewers who want to push boundaries with tropical and fruit-heavy profiles.

Styrian Wolf is famous for its explosive tropical character, dominated by ripe mango and sweet fruit aromas, beautifully balanced by delicate notes of elderflower and violet. Thanks to its high essential oil content, it delivers exceptional aromatic depth when used late in the boil, during whirlpool stages, or as a dry hop in modern craft brews.
