Its gentle, pleasant, and floral profile can be used on its own or paired with other Slovenian hops. It is especially effective late in the boil or during whirlpool additions when you want to showcase earthy, resinous, and herbal notes in Helles styles. It is also known to produce magnificent Belgian ales (such as Saisons) when used for dry hopping, and it blends exceptionally well with the lemongrass profile of Styrian Bobek.
